Good Vibes Smoke Shop on 20 S Main St
I purchased a puffco plus (107$$) from this place. 3 weeks later the battery broke. I took it back to good vibes, after waiting 45 minutes for the manager to talk to the "owner of the store" the OWNER told me to contact the manufacture. As you can read below; the "owner" told me they have a "no return policy" on all things in the store. I completely understand (from a liability perspective) why you have this policy but this was an opportunity to prove good customer service. I was returning a battery, a part of an expensive unit. You could have swapped it out from your stock and dealt with manufacture your self. Instead you decided to inconvenience me the customer. So for that, my review of your store is negative, I would not recommend your business to anyone.

Purchased several items here in the past. Reasonable prices. Polite staff. Location convenient. Plaza is tight to get in and out.

On my initial visit the guy behind the counter waa very polite and helped me with selecting a vap since I was new to this. When I went home and charged my vap... I will say it only lasted 1 hour then it was dead. I called the fallowing day and another guy told me to come in. So I came after work the next day and the guy wad a complete and total jetk. He was rude, and degraded me for not researching products before I bought one. Isnt it there job as sales associates to give u all the info on the product ?? I am a store manager and I would never train my employees to treat customers like that. He told me to bad, theres nothing he can do. Offered to sell me another one. Then as I was there for 10 minutes asking for a replacement, since I wasnt told the battery life sucked, he then said oh, lady when u came in u dropped your charger... He waited 10 minutes to tell me as people where walking over it. RUDE PLACE, TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL NOT HELP U WITH CRAPPY PRODUCTS THAT THEY DONT YELL U A THING ABOUT..... My friend wites for the Paper and wants to do a story on the NASTY OWNER, SO ALL THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN BURNT BY THIS PLACE LET'S TALK, AND GIVE THEM THE CRAPPIEST ARTICLE!!
