We are newbies to Vaping. Mike and Jeff were very patient w/ us and explained everything in terms that we could understand. I tried the setup before we left to ensure we were getting what we were looking for, and they set us up w/ exactly what we were looking for. They gave us options and opinions that helped us make our decision. First class customer service all around! We will be doing all future vape business w/ these guys.

The masphee shop and the hyannis shop are great! Particularly the strawberry haired young kid at the hyannis shop i swear he workes every day cux i always see him! Hea great but no one can touch the customer service if chris in the masphee shop! Hes honest, helpful, respectful and extremely knowledgeable! Its refreshing to know people are still honest and not trying to just sell u something making the bill high! Both deserve a pat on the back but chris deserves the biggest! I hope the owners/managers see this is something comes from it for both young men particularly chris in masphee

Employees have no idea what there talking about. Hope they don't get anyone injured.. Vape cod 10 mins down the road is the place to go. Very knowledgeable and they know what they are talking about..
