So, I have been a loyal customer going on 2 years now, spent probably about 10k here ... I walk in recently with my child to just buy some coils & juice, they get loud & angry & tell me to leave my THREE YEAR OLD outside while I shop! I asked them if they had a kid area like most stricter vape places, they proceeded to say no, get rude, and basically bring my child to tears as she kept asking “why can’t I be in here anymore?” She’s played with staff & other children in there for the past 2 years while I shopped, they’ve even given her toys! I’m a little confused on why they haven’t announced the new rule publicly & why they were so rude about it. (Like we were supposed to know somehow telepathically that children aren’t even allowed in the door way anymore). Very sad; I’ve brought much business here & know the owner well. I understand rules change, places get stricter, but to tell me to leave my child outside the door & no, they wouldn’t stop vaping for 2 minutes while I purchased my items is outrageous. They wouldn’t even take the time to answer my questions about the new rules (so I knew for the future). Shocking. Bye bye e-cig barn. I regret spending so much cash here & lettig my child get so close with the other staff. :(

The guy working didn't even greet us when we walked in (even though no one else was in there), there was a dead fly in the glass case next to the CBD gummies, and the selection/prices/quality of the product were extremely disappointing.

By far the best Vape shop around, and I've been to every vape shop in a 30 mile radius! I'm fairly new to vaping and could not understand why I was going through a coil every 3 days. I went there today to buy coils and asked why I'm having this problem and they explained everything to me and told me exactly what I needed for the watts I vape at. So from now on I will be saving alot of money on coils! Plus the price of them were cheaper than a couple other stores I checked out. Stop in, you will love it there! I've also been to the Ecig barn in Raynham and just as amazing! Will be leaving that location an awesome review too!
