I have to say I am quite impressed by the response I had to a scathing review I posted here. Was acknowledged by management and ownership and it meant a lot to me, a long term customer. This place really does want to do well for you the consumer. Depending on when this is read I highly recommend a bottle of Shanna by bomb sauce a classic sugar cookie-esque flavor at a good price. The interaction between customer and sales associates even at a higher level outside of the store is wonderful. Also the owner Jeff clearly to me wants this to be an amazing experience for YOU!

Easily accessible from Memorial drive. Parking area is a little weird and difficult to get out of. You're better off parking in front of Subway next door. I was helped by Sara who was very knowledgeable about the products and very personable. A good selection of juices and hardware available and reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful, good prices. As is my luck, the vape I choose, had a problem, and I had the time to wait for it to take a charge. While waiting we had great conversation. From here on, this is my to go place. Highly recommend.

Not happy with this place at all!!! I was there at 10.00 I was nervous because I wanted to switch over to vaping from smoking cigarettes and they guy told me what to get and how to use it and just send me on my way!!! Need to say I was every unhappy with what he sold me the thing kept burning my lip!! I when back less then 4hours later not knowing I couldn't return it and I was just told no right way!! Just no that I couldn't return it!!! Was not ask what was wrong why I didnt like it!!! Didnt seem to care why i was unhappy!!! So now I'm out 80$ on something that I dont not like that burns my lip and ill never use again!!! So plz dont come to this place
