Not the friendliest shop owner in town. Limited expensive stock. Doesn't carry basics such as bong water, screens, etc. I stopped by on three different occasions. But each time he either didn't understand what I was looking for or said I didn't need it. Try being more friendly and/or helpful to your customers.

The guy who runs this shop has horrible customer service and I'm pretty sure he overcharged me. $3 for a BIC lighter? If you're going to Neta just get a lighter from a gas station.
