expensive, but with good variety. i wish they had a wider selection of cheaper single-use, or grab-and-go kinda of stuff. currently? cant touch anything on display, and everything else is behind glass, nothing has a price tag or label: a museum. it shouldnt take this long (35 minutes) to price-compare a basic $20-30 purchase.

This place is amazing so far all of the shops that this company has are incredible and so nice and the people who work in them are awesome and honest and will answer any questions u have and never push u to buy things and they don’t rush u out the door and they make sure they explain everything

Not the most knowledgeable folks in the glass/pen/vape game. Went there and bought a battery for a new pen cartridge I received. Was guaranteed what I bought would work or I could do an exchange. Issue is the product doesn’t work as my skepticism proved correct and they couldn’t exchange the product for what I needed. $20 wasted on something I’ll never be able to use. Take your time and travel a few more stops on the green line to Kenmore. Blue Moon or Sugar Daddy’s has a better supply and staff that knows their product.

These guys are horrible business men they sell crap pieces and dont even offer the bowl heads to smoke out of them. The kid he has working for him needs to go back to school because he didnt even understand the product i don't recommend this place for anybody who enjoys a good experience and a fun time out cause these guys are absolute mood killers.

This place is truly awesome for vapes, e juice and "tobacco" pipes and paraphernalia haha. No seriously, this place has a huge selection. For a head/vape shop on Newbury St in Boston the prices are phenomenal, even better then deals you can find online. The staff is great and really helpful, they just didn't have a lot of samples compared to there stock. But the 2 for 30 deal they have going on for 60ml juices is unbeatable, beats out every shop in my city and other ones I've been too.

All sales are final, but you won't realize this until after you've made your purchase and want to return or exchange an item. Everything in the store is WAY to pricey for them not to have a return policy in place. Pretty shady business if you ask me, having people pay way too much for a limited selection of inadequate products that they cannot return when unsatisfied. There are plenty of smoke shops in Boston don't waste your time here when there are many that are much better and more fair.

Be aware they are selling cheap hemp oil (food product) and saying its cbd oil ((medi cinal product ) and charging cbd oil prices.If you seek medicinal relief dont accept useless hemp oil.also if you bring this up the clerk gets angry and says no refunds and hangs up on you. BE AWARE your health is at risk

Total price gouging going on. Things you get online for $7 they want to charge $45. Even had an employee tell me before when I was looking at something not to buy it there because of how inflated the price. So I did still buy a couple things there out of convenience and I went in last night to get the same exact thing and the price changed from 15 plus tax to 27 plus tax. Stay away from this place unless you want to waste money. I now go to Southie Smoke Shop instead after last night. I guess if you never get repeat customers you can gouge all you want 🤷🏻♀️
