I have been going to this shop for over two years. The service was always pleasant, and they tried to be helpful. Today (3/6 around 2pm) I went there to purchase a vape - I asked to see one of them. The sales woman handed me the box, and when I tried to open it, she told me no! "Please don't do that" is what she said. I handed her the box back and asked to see the device - she refused. When I asked her why she said "because we don't want your fingers all over it". I have to say I also detected a bit of a sneer. I went over to Vapor Outlet in Salem after that, where I WAS allowed to "put my fingers all over" the vape I purchased. Maybe I should have stayed to talk to the owner at vaporland, I go to this place several times a month and have never seen that woman before, maybe she's new - but still. Now I never want to go back. And the Vapor Outlet guy was very nice and helpful.

Been there two or three times. Good experience each time. Yes it can cost more than online for some items. Storefronts have more overhead to pay. I choose to support local businesses when I can. Cool little shop!
