WORST experience I have ever personally had when purchasing vape juice and/or equipment. The sales associates have no knowledge of anything they are selling, I guess its just about making a sale. UNOPENED equipment is NON refundable, NON EXCHANGEABLE! I just wanted a vape in the first place, he wouldn't exchange it for a cheaper one that actually works.Yes I had the receipt... Owner says I'll take off 10% NEXT few sales for me...What? So your are going to keep my money, and take 3 or 4 dollars off my next 3 purchases?! What a deal... I'll go back to BAY STATE, Now that place is AWESOME, and the owner knows his stuff!! Great prices...

the owner is so funny & i enjoy coming here. he will order just about anything you need and sell at a discounted rate. HIGLY recommend coming here for your tobacco or alcohol needs!

Great customer service and the absolute cheapest pricing on vape products in the area. Not a huge selection but he's growing. If you have a favorite e-juice that's not in stock he will get it for you.
