LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS...DRIVE 30 MINUTES TO GET HERE...MY JUICE OUT OF STOCK AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN LET ME USE THEIR RESTROOM TO WASH MY HANDS....UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...WAY TO LOSE THIS CUSTOMER...YOU CAN GUARANTEE I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER FAVORITE FLAVOR NOT CARRIED HERE!

Great, friendly and knowledgeable people. Walking in is such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. All there products and equipment are very reasonably priced. I have been going to them for months now and plan on using them from here on out. Thank you Vapor's Knoll!

This company has amazing customer service, I received a bottle of Lunar Ice 120ML in the mail and within less than 24 hours I had broken the glass bottle, i let them know to see if they could at least discount another one and they just went and reshipped no questions asked. That was really awesome and meant a lot, customer for life.
