(I retracted my 4 star review based on my visits on 1/12/18 and 2/5/18) I bought a house juice based on recommendation from the girl that was working - a short brunette. I asked for 6% nic. She moved the other bottles of what I'd asked for, which were primarily clear (fresh) out of the way and got mine from the back, which was dark yellow. Visibly old. When I asked why she'd chosen that one for me she replied that "it could have more flavoring in it." I didn't think much about it and went home and tried it. It was bad. It couldn't be used because it was too harsh. I didn't expect a refund because I'd opened the bottle, but I did go back there on 2/5 to show them what I was sold. Her remedy was to cut it with a 0% juice. Which would've meant me spending another $25 to doctor the old juice which shouldn't have been sold to me. She then suggested another juice named "Jungle Fever" (which was the name of a movie). I didn't know what to think about that. So, from now on I'll go to another - any other - shop with a knowledgeable staff that'll stand behind their products and will at least offer some kind of apology and good solution, instead of trying to make another sale.

Terrible customer service, I bought a mod here not too long ago and it worked for about a week and just randomly stops showing the screen and doesn't even fire? I go in and the girl behind the counter tells me she can't do anything and will help me find another mod... now the prices are cheap but apparently that's why... their products aren't worth anything but the money they want you to come back and spend on more products they don't stand by... lack of knowledge while working there goes a long way, and so does customer service. I'd hire proper employees.

the staff is so helpful and great people ive gotten like 4 "water pipes" from them an so many more attachments. any question i ask they no or have someone on site they can ask. its a FANTASTIC head/vape shop. i stop in at least 3-5 times a week just to see whats up
