The lady with Curly hair was Extremely Rude, After taking almost 2 minutes to come out from the back first thing she asks instead of Good Morning was, “I Need your ID to help You” and I was like Oh.. I think I had forgotten it at home, then she says I cannot help you without an ID and she turned to another person and was Reluctant to Help me, She did not even knew what the purpose of my visit was, I was not asking to try Flavors, I was not asking to buy a mod, I hope the manager on Duty (Hoping this person is not a Manager) is able to resolve Customer Service matters promptly or provide a better training on their sales reps. I think they ID would be Necessary to purchase not to just say Good Morning or something like that. Until this type of Issues get Resolve I would not Recommend this place for future Customers to Visit. Just find another Vape Shop where People is more Friendly

Not the best place for customer service. The new employees need better training for not only products but customer service as well. After the rep made me feel like I was stupid after showing her where her product was in her store I immediately went to Vape Ink which is 5 min down the street. Those guys make you feel great as soon as you walk in. They make sure you are taken care of.

I love the place. She knew the stuff as well as her manager. She helped me to pick the proper tank for my mod since I am new to this stuff. I hope they hire more people like her and her manager .

Pushy "suggestive" saies tactics on anything you buy. Plan on spending more than you planned. Way overpriced juices.

Look no further! Mersedeh and Saida are the friendliest and knowledgeable people I've met in the industry. Plus they have prices that BEAT every other shop in the area.
