If I could give them no stars I would but unfortunately I have to atleast give them 1 star to write a review the customer service there was horrible I brought in a mec mod I got from them and asked them if they could ship it out or tell me what was wrong with it because there was a problem with it. The workers stood there and began to have a conversation about their plans for the night and told me “I don’t know what to tell you, you can look it up or something” they are unprofessional and disrespectful I would tell everybody not to go here.

I'm sorry, I've been in here 4 times and every time I go in I wait at least 5 minutes before someone asks if I need anything. The first time I went in I literally watched an employee watching TV for almost 15 minutes before even acknowledging my presence. The last time I went it was a little better but these guys should remember who the priority is, the customer.

Over priced juice. Not enough Juices. But that is not the reason why I gave this shop a terrible rating, It's because of a product they try to sell me. I do not know if they sell this same battery anymore but the ones I bought were AWT 50A 3000mAh 18650s. If you know anything about battery safety you'd know that is either impossible, or they got that from some aliens that visit their shop and offered their wares. If that's the case, I hope these guys ask them for some 1000A 90,000mAh hour AA batteries. My TV remote keeps dying. "It's not rewrapped. It's really 50 amps." That was a blatant lie. I knew they were lying but I bought it anyway as a last good will good bye purchase. I am definitely not returning here ever again.
