I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere and vibe is always friendly and a "here to help" aura... today I visited and was a little short on cash until payday, but the owner helped me get back up and running by showing me a clearance box that had so many great juices in it. Needless to say this was and always will be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and fair vape shop. Thank you Lisa and everyone else.

If you're looking for kind and quality customer service this is the wrong shop for you. Bought a Nitecore Digi D4 charger, didn't work great from the start (one port worked half the time and the other three ports took approx. 8 hours to charge an 18650 battery), when I bought it I had asked if they accepted returns, the cashier assured me as long as I had the digital receipt they would. So I get in touch with the General Manager who went into the phone call right off the bat with attitude and a condescending tone, telling me I was wrong that no employee would say they accept returns and that they have "sold hundreds of chargers so there is no way it wouldn't work". Calling your customer a liar in two separate ways doesn't scream professionalism. So she tells me to contact Nitecore directly, I asked if she had any way to get directly in touch with customer support or someone who could help me, she responded with a curt "no" told me to Google it, and promptly ended the call.

I've been vaping for years , gone to many places and have seen how these stores operate. Usually small family owned places. Was treated poorly by who I assume was the owner or was related to the owner for asking a simple question of whether there was a reason to having such a high Mark up on juices. And if there were new regulations I didn't know about. 10 dollars more than a shop a quarter mile down the street. Then heard a voice from the back say " it's a full moon tonight" and she was rude thoughout the transaction. I think the place is overpriced and unconnected from trying to build a group of regular customers. I do not recommend buying anything from them

Went in today with my mom to buy her 12mg juice. We walk in and weren’t greeted. They recommend a flavor that’s in 12. She chooses said juice , then they say it actually doesn’t come in 12mg. My mom settles for a juice that they also said they had in 12mg only to get home and it says 6mg , with a marker saying 12. Called and spoke to not only the young kid who was working but also the owner Lisa . Lisa tells me her employees ask the customer first before they “mix” the juice. When in fact he didn’t tell my mom a single thing . Lisa continued to tell me that he did tell my mom ..and yet my mom and i didn’t hear a single word from said employee other then “sorry about the wait” . Tampering with premade juice lines and not telling the customers before hand is a terrible business practice. (No clue how clean there backroom is , nor does the customer know how they are even mixing it and with what syringe) Save your money and go elsewhere , plenty of other shops that have employees and owners who actually care and know how to do their job.
