WOW!I have been a customer of this location since opened and I have to say I found a SHOP that goes out of their way to take care of you!I purchase a unit from them and had problem with it in 3 weeks.I could not locate receipt and they made NO ATTEMPT to help me out even saying they HAVEN'T SOLD the MOD I bought for over a YEAR.Anyway I kinda work with the 3 strikes your out concept and todaY I went to buy coils and for different juices I like to buy different coils since I have several of the same tanks and they told me they DON'T SELL SINGLE COILS!Well I found SS VAPES who took back the BROKEN MOD Vapor Villa wouldn't gave me 25% off another mod,they ALSO GAURNTEE THEIR BRAND MODS FOR LIFE and PRICES and CUSTOMER SERVICE are OUTSTANDING!

I go to this store ALL of the time! I go at LEAST once a week. The staff are very patient and friendly, especially since I'm tasting flavors almost every visit haha! They constantly have new flavors come in. They also do a nice Happy Hour sale on Mon - Thurs from 5pm - 7pm where everything is 15% off! I'd recommend this shop to everyone.

The NEWER EMPLOYEE'S are polite so I HOPE THAT they will take a Mod that was bought and used for 24 hrs and then it quit working . I have my receipt and expect them to accept a return with out a bunch of B.S !
