My first time getting a refill at this store was an amazing experience! The lady who helped me pick out flavors was very knowledgeable and best customer service experience I've had for a while. I went back for the second time and she help me pick out a new pod and a new flavor refill, I am more that satisfied with her choice and recommendation. I love my VAPRESSO Target PM 80!!! Kudos to her and her team.... Thank God I found the Best store in my area. Most definitely recommend this store.

I been going here on and off for 3 years now. As always all the avail stores I've visited, the customer service has been great. From Rockville, Alexandria, Annandale and of course Germantown. I used to buy juice here until I realized how expensive it is. And they justify it by telling you they only use 4 ingredients blah blah blah. Well so do other companies. Mama papa shops usually sell big brand names for cheaper like a 100ml for $30 which is good vs Avail 60ml for $30 which means they are almost charging double. BSSSS I bought 8 mods from Avail in the past years. Nothing to complain about. If you're looking to buy a mod from any shop no further. They literally will beat any price of all these mama papa shops. However if you shop online you will save at least 20%-50% on mods from other companies. Research yourself. If your new vaper definitely visit Avail they will lead you in the right path. They are very knowledgeable and professional. And to even save more money get the membership it's $1 for life I believe. 4 star because of all the information the employees provide. Cleanliness, professionalism, customer service. I will give 5 when they lower the prices on juice.

I absolutely love Carly!! She was knowledgeable, an so very helpful for a first timer and under the COVID circumstances. I'm so very satisfied and thankful for her. I hope everyone has the best experience like I did even under the self distancing. Carly has made me happy I found and chose this company. You better not loose her!!

I have only been to this location for the second time and I must say Carly is beyond a delight! My bf had gone to a diff location and was given the wrong nic level, when I got to Germantown today Carly was more than helpful in exchanging them out. She let me know that my coils were going to be discontinued and is going to make sure that she gets as many for me as she can! Talk about going above and beyond.... I loved how clean the store was and that as soon as I walked in Elizabeth was right there to greet me... There are many, many Avail locations but this is NOW my new favorite! Between the customer service from Elizabeth and the kindness and overall friendliness from Carly I wont go anywhere else. If you see this... Thank you both for helping me today, I really appreciate the smiles and that I left very happy!

Had such a great experience with Elizabeth and my new device that I came back the next day with my friend to buy the same one for her! We spent nearly 3 hours in there with Tarra and Elizabeth testing out flavors (you get full access to test everything with a $1 membership!!!) and chatting. Left with a nice bag full of juices and two new friends :)
