Had three visits, first was great second two not so much. Went in for replacement coils, talked to the guy working, showed him my mod. He gives me a pack of coils "guaranteed" to work. Get home no dice, not even close. Go back the very next day for a exchange, tell the chick what happened and she taps the all sales are final sign. Told her your employee told me these would work. She told me I was out of luck and would have to eat the lost cash plus they didn't have the coils I actualy needed. I think they have gotten enough of my money for nothing, at least back the customer up if your staff makes a bad call. Trusted your "knowledge" now I'm out 22 bucks. Thanks guys

Terriable customer service. I have only been there twice, the first time I would have given 5 stars. However the second time I went to vape runners I was completely ignored for 10mins with someone waiting behind me and then when someone came in they helped them ahead of me after I had been patiently waiting! Even though there were apparently two people working the gentlemen only seemed to want to help certain people. I have never had such terriable customer service and will be taking my business else where.

New management Josh is great, very clean and inviting atmosphere. Josh was very knowledgeable on the products and very helpful with information. Even made sure he let me know if what sales are going on right now if I were interested set me up with my online rewards program. All in all it was a very nice experience there was such a thing as customer service! You rock Josh

I am by no means an expert, but I've been to many vape shops and I will be doing all my business here. Last shop I was in the guy behind the counter was doing the pee pee dance and seemed aggitated/annoyed at my presence. They barely had any mods or batteries, just lots of juice. Not here. Don't judge this book by its cover. The inside feels more like a friend's bar without the alcohol. Bonus points if they played a Blu-Ray fireplace on their TV or really splurged and had a PS4 (the more people hang out, the more money they spend). Kate is absolutely wonderful, she took a lot of time to answer my questions and set me up with a beautiful SnowWolf piece and their juice selection is great. Not a bunch of old looking product with dust everywhere. Stop wasting your money on inferior tech like I was doing and let Kate help you find something that is a quality/reliable piece that simply works every time, all the time. No more atomizer shorts and aggrevation. I spent over $200 and it was very well spent. Thank you Kate!
