This wasn't my first trip to this place as last time I was there it was a great experience. This time, however, it was the complete opposite. I walked in and asked the "hefty" bearded gentleman behind the counter about vape batteries. Bad vibe from the start. He proceeded to throw one on the counter without giving me any options as to what they had. I asked if they had any with buttons and that's when Phil from jackass took this encounter south. I told him i would continue to look around while I waited for my friend to come in and he proceeded to mock me to the woman that was also working, basically laughing at my expense. All in all it was just a terrible vibe in that place and I couldn't wait to get out. A real shame too because their selection of glass and other stuff is great.

Every review about the drunk guy is correct he is always drunk and rude he sweets vodka and smells like stale urine and vomit. if you're going to run a shop man get some help also Keith Chalmers is a child molester

Walked in and saw a portly bearded fellow throw up all over his display counter I asked him if he was okay he yelled at me to mind my business he walked in the back and I could hear him continue to wretch I was trying to buy a small water pipe but when the bearded fellow came back he sat back down in his little chair didn't even clean up the counter and proceeded to finish whatever he was drinking which was obviously an alcoholic beverage it's really sad to see somebody that can't even perform their job and is taken over by addiction whoever the owner is should set an example and either get rid of this fellow or God forbid if he's the owner get some help teach these young people that there's something better than what you're showing them thank you for your time be blessed

I am very happy with what I bought here I was just not happy with the guy behind the counter he was so drunk he could hardly stand up and I was leaving he threw up in the trash can can't believe they would let somebody like that work there get some help
