There is nowhere you can turn in that store without being offered assistance happily. I now will always go to this home hardware instead of shoal lake because they are eager to assist without making a customer uncomfortable. At Shoal lake I wanted to buy a blue crane. I explained it was in the flyer they showed me the Flyers said no they don't have such a thing. After I went home I found they are indeed suppose to have them online. When I phone shoal lake and said hi I was looking for the blue crane yard stake decor she replied oh you are the lady looking for a bird on a stick. Told me don't assume if it's in the flyer that they will have it in store there. They often don't carry. Then said well I could order it in but it wouldn't be on sale. After feeling like it was such a chore for them to do it. I called minnedosa and a dude answered the phone who literally went around the store very quickly and informed me of the different options in tall birds yard decor. So I happily drove an hour round trip and paid regular price. I'll stay with minnedosa for the excellent customer service. Thank you for making me feel welcome and that you guys are always happy to help. Thank you my crane looks amazing! Knowledgeable friendly staff. Always willing to order anything they don’t currently have in stock but most times I find exactly what I’m looking for.
