Some of their employees need to learn some phone etiquette. It's sir and ma'am, not buddy. I'm paying for your slightly overpriced vape products because I appreciate the customer service, not because I want to chit chat. Reconsider the way you treat your customers. Never had a problem with Moicé (Moses) he's a great guy and has a lot of great juice selections and expertise in general.

Purchased from this store for almost a year now for my vaping needs. Always had a great experience until recently. I went to buy juice and two different types of coils. Was charged for one of those coils but never received it. Innocent enough... I call the store to let them know and they tell me to just swing back to pick it up. A few days later when I have the chance to go back they don't have the coil I PAID FOR and give me an off brand coil I've never heard of and told its compatible with my tank. NOPE, not even close to fitting. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Rather just get my money back at this point.

Great service, but being that I own my own shop and knowing the prices for wholesale this isn't a get rich game for me, this is what I have for a passion. I deffinently got some different juice. The guy that was there was awesome. Knew what I would like. I know for a fact that if he lowered prices, he would do better. I'm not bashing the store, it's just the prices. I feel like I would pay a dollar for every ml and no tester. I'm from NY and didn't bring my mod but I've been in this long enough to know. It's def a store to check out if u want to pay the price

Generally, pretty good experience. Staff sometimes talk (expletive) behind other employees' backs, which is unnecessarily dramatic. Then again, it is a vape shop in the back of a convenience store. Moses, one guy that works there, he's always been super helpful, and he's very knowledgeable. If you're open to an up-sell, he's your guys (I once went in there for juice, but I walked out with a new tank, coils, and even more juice). Another great thing is that they have a membership rewards system—if you spend a certain amount of money, you get free/reduced stuff (at 500 point, which is $500, you get a free 30 ml bottle of juice). Not bad.
