Had probably the best customer service I've ever seen. The manager, Chapman, was awesome, went way out of his way to set me up to try anything in there . Answered all questions, very knowledgeable about what he's selling, which is a good thing when you're in retail. Very polite and helpful to not just me, but everyone that came in while I was in there. He even had someone come in looking for something he didn't sell, so he made a call to make sure the guy found it. That is how you do customer service folks, tough to find it these days.

Definitely my preferred store to go to. They assist customers with all vape needs. I never have any issues getting the education I need, or the products I am looking for. They have a great selection of juices and vapes. They also get to know their customer's needs, and are always willing to give honest feedback.

I was nervous about going into the store because I'm new to the vaping scene and I dont know much about vaping but I sucked it up and went in and within minutes I felt like I was hanging out with friends everyone was really friendly and helpful no one talked down to me love empire and will only do business there.

Their selection sucks and don't aspect them to honor anything they sell. Plus the prices are a bit off the wall for what you get. I'd recommend buying online at Fuggin Vape or either making your own for far less than paying in shops like this. Buyer beware! ☠️👌
