Highly knowledgeable about all your vaping necessities. Customer service was the best I've experienced in a very time anywhere. Always have been treated well at any location I've visited. Was able to make an educated decision based on my wants and needs at a price that didn't break the bank. I am and always will be a swamp vapor guy.

Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was my first time vaping, and the manager asked me a series of questions to determine the best choice of hardware for me. Their juice is good, and they will mix it the way you want it. This will be my go-to vape shop. Hours are 9am to 6pm, closed Sunday.

It is a very good shop if you would ever go there get a juice called Purgatory it is the best

What a unprofessional establishment!! I will never buy anything from them again!!! Nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone!!! I purchased some coils yesterday from these people, I told them exactly what brand I have and the model . With that said I was told that if the coils (2) didn't fit to bring them back. So when I had a chance I was going to change my current one I realized it wasn't the correct coils. So disappointed as I was , because we had discussed if they didn't fit to bring them back . WELL here come the LIES !!! I JUST SENT MY SON TO EXCHANGE THEM (I DIDNT WANT MY MONEY BACK) I JUST WANTED COILS I COULD USE , HE WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULDN'T TAKE THEM BACK ( IT WAS EASY TO SEE THEY HADN'T BEEN USED) AND THEN PLACED BLAME ON THEIR "NEW" EMPLOYEEE THAT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THAT , FUNNY THING IS THAT THE OTHER GIRL/EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING NEXT TO HIM AND NEVER CORRECTED HIM , THEN MY SON WAS TOLD THAT HE NEEDED TO PRODUCE A REPIET, SO I SCREEN SHOT A PICTURE OF MY DIGITAL RECEIPT , AND SENT IT TO HIM SO THAT THEY COULD VERIFY ( PRETTY SURE THEY COULD HAVE LOOKED THAT INFORMATION UP ) . TO ONLY BE TOLD IT HAD TO BE A PAPER RECEIPT. THIS IS BEYOND THE POINT OF HORRABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE ANDMY.SON AND I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER NICKEL WITH THEM!!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY ASKED HIM IF WE EANTED TO DONATE THE UNUSED COILS TO THE STORE !!!! HOW TRASHY CAN YOU BE ,, OBVIOUSLY PRETTY TRASHY !! GOOD RIDDANCE SWAMP VAPOR!!!! NEVER AGAIN. PLEOPLE RUN TO ANOTHER VAPE SHOP WITH A DIFFERENT NAME !!!
