There were two ppl working but only one register. I was the third person in line and it took about 15 min. The girl was helpful and did take her time w me. I've been going there for three yrs. I've had many vapes that have broken over the years probably about 6. They have never given me a refund or any type of compensation. It's discouraging to b a faithful customer and not b treated better. None of the vapes were within the 30 day return period but one was 6 weeks old and they still chose not to compensate me. They do have a good rewards program .

I've shopped here many times before and I've never left with questions or regrets about the products I bought. The first time I visited was when I purchased a Smok Stick Prince, which was ready to go out of the box. The factory coil was tightened too much at the time, but we didn't know until it got taken home and leaked a little on a counter top. The crew at the store immediately replaced that first coil and didn't ask for any extra money, and seemed grateful that I came back. Since then I've only taken my business so the Mandeville Create A Cig and will continue to do so.

I had an issue with s purchase at another location so i called and talked to the manager Jennifer. She was very helpful and resolved my problem. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and Lou took the time to make sure the vape pen was working correctly. Great staff.. great selection! 5 out of 5!

Would not allow my 3 yr old grandson in the store while I make a purchase. Claimed it is state law...but yet he can go into a regular tobacco store and even a liquor store...I happen to possess the license required to sell tobacco and liquor and no where on the test does it state this to be a law...will spend my money elsewhere
