Customer service is the BEST! Katherine was incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain how things worked and what things meant, helped me create flavors, offered suggestions and gave me an overall fabulous experience. I'm so happy I gave vaping a second chance and went to Create A Cig.

HORRIBLE PLACE, BUYER BEWARE, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND EVEN IF THE DEVICE YOU BUY IS BROKEN,,, THEY WILL TELL YOU IT IS A MANUFACTURERS PROBLEM AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THEY WILL OFFER TO SELL YOU REPLACEMENT PIECES INSTEAD. SPENT OVER $100 ON A VAPE TO END UP THROWING IT IN THE GARBAGE THE VERY NEXT DAY. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE INCLUDING MANAGER. UPDATE - 7/25/18 - So After posting a not so nice review, the manager contacted me, asking for me to give the store another chance, by offering me a 25% discount on, get this, "BUYING ANOTHER DEVICE", umm not gunna happen considering that was my original problem, the store will not fix the problem, but continue to try to sell you more items. Thanks but NO thanks, I will go down the street to Southern Vape, where customer service is awesome.

The girl with the blue hair was very rude when I went in. I used to like this place. That's why Customer service is so important. One bad experience can make you lose a customer forever. ✌
