I've been here multiple times and have always received mediocre customer service and sometimes they're rude. I bought a bottle of vape juice that was poorly package and exploded on my table the first time I tried to use it. They refused a refund and said I need to call the manufacturer. They also claim to carry my coils but don't have any ererytime I'm in there and ask me to come back later. Only reason they get a two start review instead of 1 is because the male worker who was in there one time was super friendly and helpful but I only saw him working there the one time. Update: I decided to go back and give them another try but they sold me a bottle that had a large dent in the side on Friday. I went back Monday to return it, unopened, and get a replacement. They refused to oblige and said as soon as it leaves the store it doesn't matter if it is sealed or not they would not accept it. So they do not care about their customers or the fact that they consistently sell defective products. I'm going to Lexington or ordering online from now on.

Best service and selection. All the employees are very knowledgable but the manager Evelyn is amazing, she can answer any and all questions you may have about any juice, device, whatever you may have a question about. The prices are also very reasonable as well, been going for about 2 years and it's always a great experience.

Excellent place. Everyone I’ve dealt with is extremely helpful and patient. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied on multiple occasions. They also have a large selection of flavors and devices.
