At one point twisted was the only shop I used. I have known the people at the store for a very long time. I went in last week and purchased a pen for my wife and was told if she did not like it she could bring it back. When she tried to return it they told her that they were not going to take it. I called up there and asked to speak with someone about what I was told by the employee. At this time I was informed that it didn’t matter what I was told that they did not except any returns. Now I have spent $50 on a box that my wife does not like and they will not take it back but they said they would. These are not good work Standards by no means. I would not recommend the store to anyone and I will never go back in there myself. They want to act like they will do what’s right yeah but when it comes down to it nothing happens. I would not recommend twisted vapors for anyone.
