Great friendly customer service! I've followed them from Riverside Dr, to Trenton Rd, now to Oak Grove... They always greet me with a smile, ask if I'm getting my usual, have no problem accommodating me being "picky" about my juice sometimes, answer any questions I have, and always send me off with well wishes. I appreciate y'all :)

I went in with 0 knowledge about vaporizers and the staff provided me with tons of useful info and directed me with my purchase. They turned my inexperience into a vape setup that was precisely what I wanted. They showed patience and even performed the initial setup for me as well as told me what i needed to know to maintain my vape. Good stuff. Thanks a ton.

Great service and selection. Loved the recent holiday flavors. What I don't like however, is when I come in to make a purchase at 10:25am and thereally is a sign in the door that says "back in 20mins: after the store has been open flor less than an hour. Staff 2 employees or don't open until 11am. It's really quite ridiculous.

For a while, I was quite skeptical about vaping and everything that was associated with it. However, once I took the plunge and decided to go for it at E-Cig Source, I was immediately greeted by Tommy with a friendly smile and baseball cap to the rear. Tommy was very knowledgeable, clear, down to earth, and most of all, professional. We shared a few laughs that day and were able to build a rapport that revives itself each visit.
