I've been an eCig customer for years since exchanging cigarettes for vaping and have always found the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today, I really put them to the test, though. My mod died, and I had an appointment I couldn't miss. I told Aaron I had five minutes to pick a new kit, get it working and hit the door. And HE DID IT! He quickly made a few recommendations, I selected a new OBS Cube and a couple bottles of juice. Because of Aaron I didn't forget replacement coils. I walked out of the store ready to vape AND on time for my appointment. Thanks Aaron and eCig! I love my new Cube!

We love the flavors that eCig Source has, but we were just at the Henderson store at 4:30pm the doors were locked and there was a person in the store. We knocked and the guy said that he just closed up shop and couldn’t sell us just one bottle of ejuice. The website and the sign says that the store closes at 5:00pm. I work retail too, and I get that opening the drawer after you’ve already closed it is a hassle, but making money is making money. Not bending to a customer affects the reason you’re in business, and this is how. We will not be going back to eCig Source and we are discouraging others to do so as well, it’s a waste of gas.
