Generally knowledgeable staff. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The only minor gripe I have is that the selection could use some improvement, but I don't really know if this is their fault since I'm not familiar with regulations regarding getting brands which are made in certain parts of the country since the product contains nicotine. This is always where I go if I need to visit a brick and mortar vape store.

The guy who helped me described what iced was when I asked for ice but offered "his best iced flavor" tropsickle popsicle but its not iced in the slightest bit. Luckily my gf likes the flavor so it wasn't a total waste of 26 dollars

Owner is really cool very helpful on the phone with trying new things with the COVID-19 stuff going on. He listen to what I currently vaped and was able to suggest fluid that didn’t disappoint super good stuff! Also I haven’t been into the store before. Thanks again really appreciate you! You didn’t just look at me like I was $$$ dollar signs and actually listened and helped.
