The first time I went in there I was greeted and treated like a normal person. The two guys up there are extremely nice and very hopeful. I bought a model a few months ago, the instructions weren't very hopeful. Walked in and was showed how to operate it. They also have 275 different flavors. I will continue to go there cause of friendliness and unbeatable prices.

I stopped in to Phantasm Vapors today with lots of questions and no real idea if they would be willing or able to help me. Noah was awesome and a wealth of knowledge. He taught me everything I need to know about vaping and taking care of my e-cig. Best of all he did it with a smile and no judgement whatsoever. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

I must say that I had a fantastic experience at Phantasm today. I was blown away with the presentation, variety, and excellent service. This is a top notch vape store in every aspect. I won't even consider buying products elsewhere going forward - and you shouldn't either!

One of the best vape shops in NKY. Nice juice selection with great prices and always have the coils I need in stock. The store is very clean and doesn't feel like I just sat down at the wrong high school clique table. The employee's are very friendly and knowledgable. They only sell their brand of juice, made to order, make sure you give the juice time to steep!
