The store is so fun! So many beautiful unique items. Most made by local artists. The staff is super friendly and was prepared to answer any questions I had. I will absolutely be returning

This place will close in no time & here is why: sign on door stated to keep distance or mask is required yet the UNMASKED, UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN neglected to keep their distance, price gouging - forgotten batteries for $10 each (Pipeline on Main Strasse charged $15 for pair), not to mention the audacity to bark accusations of a non-existent car accident when your employee was prepared to sell tobacco products to a minor! Have fun dealing with Covington cops and CPS!

The owner was very knowledgeable about her products and took a personal interest in finding me exactly what I wanted. She was very courteous, polite and a superb human being. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, while browsing I noticed a wide variety of custom glass, art and books from local artist! I look forward to going to the Glass Monkey everytime.
