I luv most of the employees at the Corbin Location. My wife and I have been coming here for 5 yrs and we spend quit a bit of money with they company. Rob is awesome and I consider him a friend.... I understand the policy of seeing the coupon first before giving you credit. But also when you know me and I've had my coupon for 5 yrs if I left my phone in my truck and I'm in a hurry i should be able to slide on it. There is one guy that wrks there I dnt know his name but he wouldn't know customer service if it came up and kissed him. Hes heavy set with a gray gotie. He always gives me a problem and his attitude is awful. Plus when my wife comes in without me he hits on her. I am prob gonna have to talk to Rob about this dude.....
