Grandma bought a vape and the button kept getting stuck and firing by itself whichever lady works there told my grandma the coil needed to be primed longer... Idk if the employee was just not very fimilar with vapes but any adult with a functional brain should know that is total bs... waste of 60 dollars

Great place to go when you're in a pinch and need coils, cotton, juice or batteries. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that's very helpful with recommendations and advice. I've gone into the store on more than one occasion and seen the staff not only helping a customer troubleshooting issues with their mods, but helping them fix it right there on the counter. Excellent customer service.
