The customer service was ok but I got some juice, the green apple jolly rancher one branded as the in house juice and it was very overpriced, it was 20 dollars for 30mL that would have been alright if it was a premium juice, but it tasted very much like butter cherry cough syrup, I tried it in my vape and my friends vape and the flavor was the same so it was not my coils or wicking job, the juice had a good nicotine content, 6 mg but that's all I have to say good about it, and I really could not return because filling my tank and putting some in my friends took about a quarter of the tiny bottle. Also the tanks were extremely overpriced, a baby beast tank cost 30 dollars at the store where if I would have ordered it online it would have cost 18 dollars after shipping . Not impressed.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about their products. Their house juice is great and the atmosphere is awesome. I've been trying to quit smoking for many years and they have really helped me out! Recommemed 100% of the time.
