Went to store and told one of the employees that my batteries had exploded in my device, he called his boss and told him what had happened and they replaced my device and batteries for free. They really know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend them to any one who wants reasonably priced devices and juices.

I have never had a bad experience here, ever! Whoever was working tonight had the most welcoming aura. I meet alot of people with my job but this guy was just the most coolest and most chill guy i have ever met. He's a good dude, hope he sticks around. All the people who work here are great, just saying.

They have always been helpful to me and if they don't have what I need they order it for me. I'm still using the old style stick batteries and have never found any place else that will order for me or take time to help me find what I need.

Emplotess tell you everything you want to know and when you have issue with product they basically tell you it your fault and there is nothing they can do. They will offer more expensive items but no refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
