They have great service and the staff are very knowledgeable. Today however, I tried to buy a coil for a vape that I bought from them, being assured that they would be able to supply me the coils necessary (because I have ran into this problem before). They told me that they no longer carry those coils and that they were not going to order anmore for me... Regardless of the fact that I buy these specific coils from them at least once a week. I hate to be critical because I know they are locally owned and were my go to place, but after asking 3 different times if they could order me more (when they were getting low, saying they would. when I bought the last one, again saying they would order more. and when I requested an order this evening, answered with a no.) I felt a smidge lied to and let down. I only started vaping to quit smoking. But tonight I have no other option but to pick up a few packs.

NO NEED TO GO ONLINE OR SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN THESE GUYS ARE AROUND. River City Vape is a superb example of excellent customer service. Brian thanks again for the help today. If you’re in north Iowa and looking for a good vape shop this is the place. They excel at everything you’re looking for in a quality shop. They’re good people with experience and knowledge of the products. They absolutely without a doubt take care of their customers. They support veterans with an awesome discount. They sell the best of everything you need. If there were more businesses like this the world would be a far better place. Look forward to seeing u guys always, you’re definitely doing it right.
