My initial review was one star because the first time I went down there they were unfortunately closed due to some staffing issues. The owner reached out to me, explained the issue, and I told him I'd give them another shot. Their selection of premium liquids isn't the greatest but their house oil makes up for that. Customer service leaves something to be desired especially since you can go to their Czech Village location and have Eric help you out. Overall I'm glad I went back.

Previously this was a five star review. It’s now just the one star. River Rat Vapes has fallen from greatness my friends. Customer service received in my past two visits has been subpar at best. I provided the owner Dan two opportunities to earn my business back and he’s not even attempted to touch base. The staff doesn’t care about the customer experience and even further has been frankly insulting. I’m not sure with the opening of another location has caused a dip in customer service quality but it really shows. I used to refer all my fellow vaping friends to River Rat. I’ve since rescinded that recommendation, it bums me out. River Rat used to be the go to place.

Great place to get vape setups, juices, and supplies for your vape. Helpful staff, the owner goes the extra mile to assure his client's satisfaction, and has done so for me on several occasions. Worth a visit for sure!

The owner is a good guy over all. The store is nice wish it had a wider selection. The dude there also sold me the wrong coil after he didn't ask to take my vape apart but did anyway.
