Great place to get started on quitting that nasty smoking habit! The staff is extra friendly and will get you set up with everything you need and do their best to answer any and all questions you might have. Great selection of e-liquids and great prices as well! If they don't have it, they will check other locations to see if they can get you what you need!

Y’all earned a new customer! I was a smoker for 21 years and recently switched from Marlboros to a My Blue vaper with the liquipods. I recently moved back to Iowa and read through the reviews for this location. I decided to stop in on my way to the office and I’m glad I did. I had never been to a vape store and had no idea what to expect. Dax greated me immediately while he finished with another customer. He then proceeded with questions to determine what the best fit would be for me. He didn’t try to undersell or oversell me, I feel like he found the perfect fit for my needs. He took the time to explain how everything works and made sure my new Endura T22 was working properly before I left. He also made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and happy with the flavor liquid he helped me pick out. I’ve been in sales for a long time and we are always taught to be a consultant and not a sales person, which is easier said than done. Dax did exactly that, not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something. Obviously I can’t compare my experience to an experience with any of the other CIV locations or a competitor but based on my interaction today, I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and your great recommendation!

The customer service is awesome. Extremely knowledgeable staff and good vibes. Jack helped me get a cool new tank and deserves a raise and praise! Stop in here for great juice, nice vaporizers and wonderful atmosphere! Right off merle hay road and easy to find!!

Taylor and Evan were fantastic! Taylor helped me understand how to work my mod and even fixed it so it would work again! Evan helped me decide on a new mod to replace my several years old dinosaur mod! Will definitely return! I have returned to find that they also stock a new line, that includes a sugar cookie pastry flavor! So for those like me who couldn't find any pastry flavors anywhere in town, they have it in stock!

They have a moderate selection of mods and tanks. A lot of them are from last year. They have a large selection of juice, however they don't have a catalog or listing of the juices in the store (They do have it online, but their website has them categorized by brand and some of the pages don't work) also none of their prices are posted so if you don't know what you're looking for and how much it should cost... good luck. Staff isn't very helpful, just there to nod, say yes, and ring you up. My gf doesn't like grape flavored juice. She told the clerk. He said he didn't either and recommends a juice he personally uses... turns out that juice just happened to be super expensive and it turned out to be exactly what she didn't want. Quick and easy place to pick something up if you know exactly what you want, but not a good place to shop.

My wife and I purchase our vape supplies almost exclusively from CIV. They have reasonable pricing, knowledgable and friendly staff and well maintained stores. We never have problems getting what we need and finding something new to try, highly recccomend!
