I have been to this store five times it is very close to my home has okay reviews and I see people coming and going located in area. Every time I have gone I ask them for something specific and and let them know my lack of knowledge and experience in vaping so into after coming to the conclusion we have found what I'm looking for after going home and using the product I notice it isn't the right one everytime then I go back and they replace it with the correct one free of charge one time the cashier told me she heard me say I wanted a specific item however she did inform me they didn't have it and sold me something else I was told this when I returned. No refunds and they have it no where to be seen in the store that they do and did not inform me during purchasing. I bought an item took it home to find out it isn't what I was looking for as usual took it back and the manager would not honor a return for an UNUSED product from someone that is relatively new to vaping looking to spend $$$ even after they would not take the unused return I bought from them yesterday and was going to buy another one hopefully this would be correct but when he could not answer questions I had about the difference between vaporizers I just quit walked out the door looking for somewhere else to buy the correct vaporizer and tanks I'm looking for. The return was only thirty dollars is this store so hard up for money they cant be honorable an return an unused item that isn't what is wanted and help the customer get what their looking for lol. Horrible parking but if you're in the area and are for certain you know exactly what you want and vapor related okay place to stop by pretty nice people just double check if they have you the right coils etc.

This place is excellent if you are looking for vapor supplies. Not only do they have a punch card incentive they also have frequent sales. The in house selection of vapor flavors is extensive, yet not expensive. Pricing is very affordable for the products, and warranties are a regular. they prove they care when you come in, not only is the staff knowledged, they are very hospitable and friendly.
