First time I visited... Bought the New Cloud Blue Juice and I must say it is delicious. I highly recommend you get a bottle if you like Blue Raspberry Jolly Ranchers. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Will visit again next time I'm in town. 🤯👍

First time I went, hours say they open at 10am and at 10:15 the doors are still locked. Great first impression.... lol

Employees talk down to you, don’t show you the product before they expect you to pay for it, and when they make a mistake, refuse to honor their own word. I’ve been to may shops around this area and I encourage you to visit any other shop around New Albany because it’ll be worth it.

Always have what I like in stock. E-juice as well as hardware. Great, friendly & extremely knowledgeable staff. New Cloud has now opened a new store, three stores total. Newest is in Jeffersonville on Hwy 62, next door to Jeff's Donuts. Great job, New Cloud!
