The staff is not overly friendly, they often seem condescending, or harassing. The selection of e-liquids is decent, but I suspect most mass produced liquids are formulated to ruin coils faster. I have a much better flavor and coil longevity with diy liquid, as well as spending 1/10th the price. All hardware at the shop seems to have an insane markup, unless on a special sale deal. I normally like to support local businesses, but I feel less and less like I should continue supporting this one, and I've been a pretty good customer here for going on 4 years.

Extremely helpful staff I worked with an extremely helpful guy named Sunshine who explained everything I needed to know on the differences between the tanks that they have on hand. Another member Annie was also extremely helpful she told me about several of the hundreds of flavors that they had. They have a whole bunch of old Arcade machines set up for you to play while you wait to be helped no quarters required. Overall the place has a great atmosphere and great selections will be coming back.

When it comes to the vape business this is the best place to go the staff here is the best, knowledgeable, friendly and the atmosphere is the best its a come in hang out and relax atmosphere

Customer service can be compared to a pile of hot garbage they sold me a faulty product and because I left the premise before I tried it they would not let me exchange it. I will know that it was not at this location but it was at the other location that they own on wheeling
