This place is a ripoff. 1st; Bought a new vape kit for 90 bucks. I easily found it online for half of that. 2nd; the dummy that assembled it ripped up the O ring and it leaked all over my desk that night. 3rd; went back the next morning to see what the malfunction actually was. After finding the torn O ring the genius working on it tried telling me my house was too hot thus thinning the juice causing said leak...Again, after finding the torn o ring. ( I told him I had central air conditioning but wouldn't listen) Lol. So instead of fixing the O ring or replacing the heating element, the dude installs the second one that comes with the kit and threw out the other brand new one, for a 2 cent O ring. I haven't owned this mod 24 HOURS. When I asked about a replacement the boy says "It's only 5 bucks".

Decent little vape shop. I haven not bought anything here besides their juice (& a few batteries), so I can't comment on anything but that. Although a good quality juice is a big part of vaping, so here's what I found out. First tho I must say my bf and I have tried TONS of juice over the years & have found our fav and that is all we use now. Anyways I came here when our usual shop temporarily closed their semi-local location & I had to order the juice from their website. But we needed something to get us through til it was shipped & delivered, so I went on a local juice seeking mission and that's how I found this place. Sooo glad I did! They have MUCH better quality of juice than their local competitors, and it's very reasonably priced too (almost half price of my normal juice, so that was a bonus!). I will still order my tried and true juice but I will also buy cravinvapes juice as well now. If you are currently buying juice from a place near by (that rhymes with 'B-Dig Twerks')....STOP & drive a block west! Don't waste another penny on that crappo cloudless juice and come to this place! You'll thank me later😎 Fyi... if u need a flavor to try, Coffee Cake or Pegasus Milk are both great!

Pretty disappointed when we walked in. The guys all seemed high as a kite and was more of a head shop then a vape shop. Between three of them they didn't know about a certain juice that was recently purchased.

Most of the staff doesn't know S#*+! About their own products! Juices are decent but the customer service SUCKS!!
