Incredibly rude. The woman in cheetah skin pants was acting like she had a problem from the time I pulled up. First customers are to be greeted you know ...hello how can I help you not what do u want. Shes had an attitude for no reason at all before I could say anything. Ive spent an incredible amount of money here but Studio you just lost a customer because of her. Shes not knowledgable or helpful at all. I ask for coils and she acts annoyed to sell whats in the shop. There are tons of vape shops who have more. So much for supporting a place that employs people like this woman. I will let my friends know as well and everyone else that asks for my picks of good vape shops. This has happened multiple times. Its time for a change.

Wide selection of mods and tanks. Always friendly and have been fast at serving me. Sometimes they are out of things that I need but they do refer me to their other store in Harrison. They have called the other store for me just to see if they have what I need which I think is very nice of them.

This place is a bit of a mixed bag. Most of the employees are cool, but a few are downright rude (the latter is mostly younger employees, so hopefully they'll grow a bit in the coming years.) The prices, as was explained by another guide, were a little steep, but they're making efforts to make things more affordable. The knowledge base there is solid, though, so if you're new to vaping, they're a great information resource. If you're a local, you could definitely do worse; just be ready to take some of the staff with a grain of salt.

Went to use my punch card and empmoyee would not accept it or the faulty coils I had purchased 2 days prior and was in the day after. The kid working never put a sticker on my card and he said sorry bub nothing I can do. I asked several options but he avowed like a complete Neanderthal. An employee makes a mistake and wont honor it. Never go here. Pathetic customer service and very rude.

Writing a review on behalf of my fiancée, I've also been in the store a few times to get things for him. First of all, the staff is extremely hit or miss, just like another reviewer said. There is a young man in there, actually there's a couple of them, that have no business working anywhere that deals with the general public. They're extremely rude, unwilling to help and act as if you're in there as a customer trying to deliberately waste their precious time sitting around doing nothing. Also, there's a much better store in Harrison that actually maintains stock, called galaxy vapors. You're much better off giving them your business. There have been countless times we've been into studio vapes and they didn't have the cartridge my fiancée needed. Today, (shocker) they didn't have cartridges or any of the vape juices he normally purchases there. I actually went in one time and there were two gentlemen (not young punks), who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were more than willing to help customers out, which is how it should be. Unfortunately, two friendly and helpful associates are not enough reason to keep returning to this store as the many cons outweigh that one pro. Don't waste your time or money here. Chances are, they won't even have what you need in stock or you'll get the pleasure of dealing with some kids who act like you're bothering them the moment you step foot in the door. Maybe if you're lucky, you'll experience both in the same trip! 😉
