This place really knows how to treat customers!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had interactions with jake, Patrick, and nick and each one of them made sure I had a good expierence the store. Highly recommend this place!

Very good setup for trying out different flavors and good atmosphere. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are decent enough for a brick and mortar shop.

The customer service at this place was absolutely terrible. The guy acted like he did not want to service us as soon as my bf and I walked in. He was rude and didnt want my bf to try anything. He told us he didnt know any wapor shop didnt allow you to try when we had been to a few that did. Of course we did not give business to this place and went to any location in Louisville where the service was AND they let him try several brands. He ended up getting one this location carried.
