Honestly been going to the store for several years now and have never had anything but the best service! I catch myself staying longer then I really should, just because staff is so welcoming! Many devices, juices, and disposables later and it’s still authentic quality products. Keep up the good work!

Well I called twice 10 mins apart In case they were busy with a customer, but the second time I called it only rang a few times and you could hear that it was intentionally hung up, So I guess these people don't really care about customers unless you walk in the door if they're even open for business anymore at all! but nonetheless I will take my business up the street to a vape shop that knows how to conduct there business.. 😳

literally just bought a battery charger. found my old one called the store to take it back not even a whole day later. chargers were in the box still and they told me there are absolutely no refunds at all and they wont take them back. i recommend vape and smoke they are way better and they have awesome staff and warranty on their stuff and offer 30 day returns or even in store credit. neither of which crave n vapes will do
