I am friends with everyone who works at this shop and also the owner, not because I knew them previously but because they are all very reasonable, helpful, and overall great people. Sure you could get your stuff online for a lower price but you can get everything cheaper online. When you buy their merchandise you’re supporting an amazing business full of amazing people. If you have any questions at all they are happy to help you out to prevent user error that can cause damage to a device.

The staff here is awesome! Always so willing and able to answer any questions that you have. For instance, I had issues with the last 3 mods that I had purchased (they had broken in various ways), I explained my situation to them, and they recognized the issues that I was having, and recommended a battery mod for me that is pretty much indestructible (Smart Geek Aegis with military grade construction: water-proof, shock-proof, and dust-proof). Plis, they have a great selection of E-Juice flavors, CBD products, and it's great that that there are so many stores around town.

The place has really gone down hill since the last time I went in there! Young kids I’m guessing 18 maybe ! Just sitting around and being loud and obnoxious! The guy behind the counter really seemed like he just didn’t care when I asked him for something he was rude and acted like he didn’t want to do his job and just rush me out of there. Won’t be going back! And they took away their 10% discount if you check in!

Horrible customer service. Clerk would not let me return an item because they “don’t do returns anymore.” They should really warn you that all sales are final... I’m addition to that, every item is completely overpriced. Google whatever you are looking for and you can find it 25% cheaper.

Terrible experience, I came in knowing what I wanted, salesperson up sold me, the device I purchased didn’t work with my application, they wouldn’t take the mod box because because it was used. I purchased it used I say to the salesperson, so you guys must buy used products? He continues to say “it’s my managers box” ok so your boss can sell his used products in the store? Long story short the salesperson offered me $10 for something I paid $65 for less than a half hour ago. I ended up buying what I originally asked for.(now have what I need and a useless box) The manger was very very rude and wasn’t helpful. WORST experience I’ve ever had in ANY store.

I know you need to make ving and I support small businesses. But there prices seem a bit high. I do however get my wire and cotton here. The service is good as well.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. From testing new flavors to buying or upgrading mods, they've done it with my intrests in mind. It's great to be able to go in and they already know my needs.

I just started vaping because I quit smoking in November and still was craving the habit part of it. Anyhoo, I found that the little single personal vapes weren't strong enough, and the young lady at the store was kind enough to help me pick out a system better for me.. Right down to which coil was better. It was a great experience and I recommend them highly.

I really liked how they helped me pick out my new vape. And then they helped me with flavors, etc. Very friendly and not afraid to make suggestions when you just don't know what you want. The customers are just as helpful. Nice place to stop and have a friendly conversation while getting your vape on.

I was hoping to get the chance for 0 stars. This place is horrible and I will never go back. Their juice is expired and taste horrible. They are over priced. The staff is rude and not knowledgable. Take your business to Village Vapors. They were amazing and cheap!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Staff refuses to make anything right. Went in there 2 days after purchasing a $165 vape that wasnt working properly. They tried to "fix it" and told me to try it out and come back if there were any more issues. A few days later it started doing the same thing and the battery started constantly shutting off. Went back in still within my 14 day warranty and they are refusing to do anything. Said their hands are tied and there is nothing they can do. I don't understand how they can't honor their warranty. This wasnt the only vape I bought that day. I spent over $300 the same day. Obviously they aren't trying to do right by their customers.
