The best customer experience just happened to me at Cool Breeze Vapors with the employee, Cole. I went in to get some new juice and also, just happened to remember there has been some serious issues with myE Cig Battery. I had just bought the E Cig from Cool Breeze about 3 months ago. Anyway, it stopped charging and I couldn’t hit it at all. Cole said he would look at it. I then told him my girlfriend was sitting in the car and that I was going to get her. When I can back in he told me he was just goin got take care of me. He gave me a new battery and sent me on my way. I was so excited and happy that he just looked out for me like that. Thank you Cole!

Good, knowledgable staff to talk to and learn a few things from, especially if you're new to this stuff and need good advice. The staff members really know their stuff, and with multiple locations, you can have access to your favorite flavors anywhere. Been using Vapor Lock for 4 years now, I believe. Best flavor hands down. Wish they would come to Newburgh though!

These guys are so funny and fun. When I walk into cool breeze vapor Cole and Adam greet me with love and vapor clouds. I just love them guys to death. There just really hip and cool. They know there stuff. This one time Cole helped me build my first coil. I was super excited by the amount of vapor exhaust that erupted from my freshly built Alien Clapton Twisted Ligwisker coils. If your looking for the best darn vapor store in the United States then go here. Love DJ

Went to the one on pearl drive and the lady we extremely helpful with showing me how to install the coil on my new vape and buying a new juice. Plus 10% student discount with a college ID! I’m actually going back today to get a new coil and more juice.

Bought my first device at Cool Breeze and they were able to give me knowledgeable information for operation. I have been buying from them since and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go beyond for you when they can! Heather C. and all the other employees on the East side location will do right by you. I encourage anyone who is just starting or looking for something new to stop in and ask questions, test out their awesome e-liquids, and talk with the regulars who sometimes sit at the counter.
