They do not sell replacement parts for the mods & tanks that they sell. They tell you they can order it, take your phone number and then never follow through. They don’t actually order it, nor do they actually call you back. They have a limited amount of juice flavors. And if your looking for something specific, forget it.

Terrible... went in there the first time, I needed a new coil they didn’t have one for my tank. I asked for a new tank, they couldn’t tell me what kind of tank would work with my mod (I had my mod with me). They sold me a tank, it leaked. Went back, they didn’t know why it leaked and went to tell me that “it’s normal and should stop leaking after a while”; I mean, the juice was pouring out. Lies, please hire some people that actually have knowledge of the products. Bad service period.
