Good products but the customer service was very poor. Lack of knowledge. Next to no help for someone that is looking for advice. Would go back, but will have to do my own research in order to find answers.

New employee did know much about anything was pushing at around half hour to 45 minutes before closing trying to get people to leave

The guy there was so friendly. He showed us a lot of the products, told us about all the discounts and benefits available, and helped us pick out a nice pipe my husband loves. The juice is lower price than where else we checked, so we're defently going back. I recommend this place big time!

Went in earlier today to purchase juice and typically I have a really good experience but not today. I find it really rude, awkward and unprofessional for a sales person to be talking to other people, loudly and speaking in a tone that is derogatory and offensive. I pretended to ignore it but it made me feel so out of place. I didn't feel like I was being made a priority. I don't mind small talk among multiple customers but this was ridiculous!! I have been here before and never experienced this! I also noticed a girl on the couch, covered in a blanket and this isn't the first time I've seen her here either. I am not sure what to think about that either. Is this the new standard now? If so, I will be going back to my old shop, because that was just RUDE!!! Have 2 stars only because I got my juice.
