*update at bottom* About a week ago went in and bought a hookah. Finally out it to use the other day and when I did the hoses kept falling out. I went back to the store to see if they could possibly fix it. When I got to the store I talked I believe Steve. I told him what was the problem and he seemed like he had an attitude. I asked how long it will take to fix it he said he dont know he have a business to run. I said I understand not asking for it today or right now just want to know. Again he said idk I have a business to run and walked away. 5 minutes later another employee came out and said he fixed it. His fix was to put a tiny piece of paper in it.said it's from normal normal wear and tear. How is that possible when it suppose to be new. I proceeded to take his word went right home to test it out and still the hoses came out. The day I got it Steve was nice had a good conversation but when I asked for a fix had a problem. *update* I spoke with the owner of the store and she couldn't have been any more professional. She did everything she could to try and fix the problem. She offered to see if she could get it fixed which is all I wanted but when it couldn't she went above and beyond with a replacement 1. In my opinion that is what customer service is about and she is great with it. As far as Steve he even apologized to me and it was normal like the first time we met. Thanks to both of them

Called yesterday to see if they sold posh disposable vapes and the phone experience was so great. Went in and the personal experience was even better. These people are knowledgable about their products and have amazing customer service skills.

Beautiful store, extremely knowledgeable staff friendly staff I came in skeptical about CBD oils and left well informed by Sebastian and purchased some with his information on why I wanted to try it. So far so good works for a variety of things. I'll be returning again and if your a smoker wanting to quit they can help with that too!!
