Do not believe the negative reviews. Anytime I walk into this place I am treated with the most respect and best service from these people. On multiple occasions I have gone out of my way just to go to this specific location for my needs. Always choose Tobacco & Gifts. They are the nicest, most genuine business people I've encountered in quite some time.

Ok...this review is hard to write. Ive been shopping with ruby and rita for 12 to 13 years. Long before vape became a thing. Now these people are genuinely nice people, they have always been kind and respectful to me my mother and my fiance. That being said, when they started gearing there store towards vape it was great! All the new products and juice you couldnt find anywhere else. Awesome! Fast foward a few years and thousands and i do mean thousands of dollars later, the quality and selection has declined. Most of the juice on left of the register has been there for years, inconsistent nic options and bad products. The store has now been geared toward pod mods which are great for beginners, but there is nothing for advanced users such as myself. The only sub ohm options are smok mod kits, which are marked up almost double the online price. Smok, while a decent option for sub ohm clearomizers is not the greatest, yet thats all you will find. Im a very knowledgable and experienced vapor, hell ive even helped ruby when customers had problems. So for me there is nothing appealing in the store. Ive suggested, countless tanks, rdas, and rtas. As well as very good quality affordable juice companys to help him step up and not just appeal to newbs. And he has not stocked one thing i have suggested. Still not terrible...my biggest problem, and this one pisses me off, is the space jam pulsar! Now even after those countless thousands of dollars spent, many customers ive sent there way. Why is my fiance paying 20$ for a 30ml bottle of pulsar when every other spacejam flavor u have in 60ml for $25??? Well he says he couldnt get pulsar in 60ml, and couldnt do two 30ml for the same price. Not even for the girl who bought 1 to 2 bottles of that exact juice every single week for nearly three years?? Well with one quick google search i ordered her three 60ml bottles of pulsar, and paid 56.07 shipped to my door. So 180ml for 56 bucks, at rubys it would cost 120 bucks. Thats insane, after all the great business ive given them. I feel completely ripped off and insulted paying that kind of difference. Again they are good people but he wont carry anything i as well as many others would buy like hotcakes, and i wont continue to pay double for my fiances spacejam. Hes knows me, and ruby i hope you read this, your a good man. I like you alot, but i just cant continue to pay those prices for her juice. And those smok mod kits, you are pricing them way to high, i cant get the newest kit with the prince, for 60 bucks right now if i wanted. I bet youve got it at 100 to 120 bucks, thats way to much mark up for it. Quality is poor and they are waaaayyy to easily available. Thats why smok has a new mod every month. Im sorry, i do still got love for you guys. But i had to do this, as i said it was a hard review to write because as people you guys are awesome, but as a vape shop, its declining over there
